Cancellation Terms

Cancellation fees depend on how much notice has been given before your arrival date and if we have a chance to resell the cancelled dates.

Cancellations must be made by e-mail to info@worldescape.com and a confirmation of the cancellation will then be sent to you. If you do not receive confirmation, then your cancellation may not have been received. It is the Client’s responsibility to ensure receipt of their cancellation.

Cancellation terms in most cases are:

  • With less than 13 days notice before your arrival date: 100% of the total remaining balance
  • With less than 14 days notice before your arrival date: 0% of the total remaining balance

If the policies for a particular apartment differ from the above, these will be stated on the apartment page

Please note that the booking deposit is non-refundable under any circumstance.

This industrial style 1 bed 1 bath apartment is anything less than stylish. Placed in a fashionable apartment building with generous add ons including use of a pool, sauna and spa.
This apartment is sure to be a contemporary stay. It is located minutes from the Art centre and is an ideal city gate away for a couple.

After walking through the lobbing of this gorgeous apartment building and up onto the 8th floor, you are greeted by a sleek neon green kitchen. Inside the kitchen you will find a modern stove, oven and dishwasher. Amenities such as a microwave and toaster are included for your comfort.
As you walk directly through the kitchen into the lounge area you can see a cosy space, this space is equipped with a couch that pulls out into a double bed, a coffee table, T.V and small table that would seat 2 plus 2 with fold-able chairs for that additional guests.
In this space there is also access to a balcony.
Please note there is currently building work carried on opposite the apartment following the typical noise restrictions hours.
As you continue through the apartment you are met with the bedroom, inside is a queen size bed, two bedside tables, wardrobe space and an en-suite. The en-suite includes a toilet, a shower and a sink. All of which are presented in an industrial open bathroom.

There is a washing machine included in this apartment.

The apartment is located in an area close to many of Melbourne's cities attractions. It is a mere 1 minute walk to the Royal Botanical Gardens, a 10 minute walk to the Art centre and 15 minutes to Federation square. Crown towers is also only a 5- minute tram ride from the apartment, in which you can find an array of numerous different cuisines and fashionable shops. The crown towers is also only a short 10-minute walk to Fed Square and Flinders Street.
